Policies
All clients must read policies prior to booking an appointment.
Know that every lash set differs depending on the client's natural eye shape and lashes.
I will try my best to achieve your desired look!
Deposit
A $25 non-refundable deposit must be sent via bank transfer when you book to secure your date and time.
No refunds
Payment methods: Cash/Card/Transfer
Before your appointment
Avoid caffeine and chewing gum.
Phone on "Do Not Disturb".
Hair: No high or low buns
No makeup/No suncreen
Arrive on time with clean lashes
Payment
Any After Hours appointment is an additional $10.
This includes any appointment after 6pm.
Same Day booking: +$5
Color: +$10
Your deposit will count towards your final bill.

Late/Reschedule Policy
If you would like to reschedule, let me know 24 hours in advance.
15mins late: $10 late fee.
Please respect my time.
If you No-Show or have a last-minute cancellation, you will lose your $25 deposit.
With back-to-back clients, I must have enough time given to each person for their service.
Please arrive on time.
Lash Fill Policy
You must have at least 50% of your
lash extensions still on.
Book your fill in between 2-2.5 weeks after full set.
Do not exceed 3 weeks
or it will be full set price.
48 Hour Policy
You have within 48 hours (2 days) after your appointment to let me know if there is anything wrong with your lash set.
I will do a complimentary fix!
